Privacy and how we handle your data

What we collect Enquiry and registration fields you fill in yourself: name, email address, phone number, and the message or module you are asking about. Alongside that we log standard technical data such as browser type, device, approximate region, referring page, and the pages you open inside the academy.
Why we keep it To answer your question, send the material you requested, keep module progress consistent across sessions, and understand which lessons are read and which are skipped. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Cookies and analytics Small cookies keep your session and language preference stable. Analytics events record page views and form submissions in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the reading pages still work, though saved progress may reset.
Who else touches it Hosting, email delivery, form handling, and analytics providers process data on our behalf under contract. Some of them operate outside your country, so transfers rely on standard contractual clauses. We share nothing beyond what these services need to run.
How long it stays Enquiry records are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form. When a record is no longer needed for these purposes, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, request deletion, or ask us to stop processing. Where GDPR or CCPA applies, you also have the right to portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to us and we will respond within the period the law allows.
Children and accuracy The academy material is written for adult learners and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it. We also correct any record that turns out to be inaccurate.
No misleading claims We describe our modules as they are: structured study material, not a guarantee of employment or certification. We do not use fake urgency, invented endorsements, or claims of official affiliation with any institution or brand.
