These terms govern your access to the academy's course materials, learning modules, and account tools. Read them before you enroll in a module or submit work through the platform.
MyActivation Tech Academy publishes structured educational content on programming, software development, and applied digital technologies. Modules combine written lessons, code examples, and exercises. The platform is an educational resource; it does not deliver professional certification, employment placement, or guaranteed technical outcomes. Content is updated as languages, frameworks, and tooling change, and older material may be revised or retired.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide at registration and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share an account, resell module access, scrape lesson content, or redistribute exercise solutions as your own teaching material. Automated requests that degrade platform performance, attempts to bypass access controls, and uploads containing malicious code are grounds for suspension.
Lesson text, diagrams, exercise sets, and sample projects remain the property of MyActivation Tech Academy or the instructors who authored them. You may use code snippets from the lessons inside your own projects, including commercial ones. Republishing whole modules, bundling lesson content into a competing course, or removing attribution from instructor-authored examples is not permitted without written consent.
When you submit an exercise, project, or written answer, you confirm that the work is yours or that you have the right to share it. You grant the academy permission to review, store, and reference your submission internally for grading and quality review. Do not upload third-party code you are not licensed to share, personal data belonging to other people, or content unrelated to the exercise.
Where a module or track is offered on a paid basis, the applicable conditions — access duration, renewal behavior, and cancellation steps — are shown before you confirm enrollment. Charges are processed by the payment provider named at checkout. If a module is withdrawn or materially changed after purchase, the academy will state the remedy available to affected learners in writing rather than applying it silently.
The academy provides educational material on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that every example runs unchanged in your environment, that third-party tools referenced in lessons stay available, or that completing a track will produce a specific job, salary, or project result. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform use is excluded.
You may close your account at any time from the account settings page. The academy may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if required by law, or if the platform is discontinued. On termination, your right to use lesson content ends, though sections of these terms covering intellectual property, liability, and dispute handling continue to apply.
These terms may be revised to reflect new modules, changed legal requirements, or updated platform features. The revision date appears at the top of this page, and material changes are announced through the account email on file before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after a revision is published means you accept the updated version.
